Local councils · Public front desk
An assistant that answers from your approved documents.
The same questions come back at the front desk, on the phone and online. The assistant answers your staff and the public alike, from the documents you have approved and nothing else, and cites its source in every answer.
The question: I live at 12 Lilac Street and want to extend my house by 25 m². What do I need to do?
Your address is in zone UB of the local plan [1]. A 25 m² extension there requires a prior declaration [2] (up to 40 m²). Maximum height: 7 m to the eaves [3].

Frequently asked questions
Is it just another chatbot?
A classic chatbot follows a script or answers from memory. The Oxebo assistant answers from your approved documents — rules, council decisions, price grids, calendars — and cites, every time, the one the answer comes from.
Can it answer residents directly?
Yes, staff and the public alike, at the desk, on the phone or on your website. Since 2 August 2026, the EU AI Act requires users to be told they are dealing with an AI: we plan for it from the scoping stage.
How can a French local authority buy it?
Depending on its value, a pilot can be bought without advertising or competitive tendering: the exemption threshold for services has been €60,000 excl. VAT since 1 April 2026, and €140,000 excl. VAT for an innovative contract since 1 July 2026.
