Your pilot request

• Purpose: to handle your request, scope a pilot and get back to you about it. Nothing else.

• Data collected: your email address, your organisation’s name, your message if you write one, and where your visit came from, meaning the campaign given in the address or the site that sent you here.
• Recipients: only the people at Oxebo who handle these requests. Your request reaches us by email, delivered by Scaleway acting as a processor, on infrastructure located in France. No data is stored in any database of this site.
• Retention: for as long as it takes to handle your request, then at most three years from our last exchange.

Your details are neither shared, nor rented, nor sold, and are not used for any profiling.

Audience measurement

We use Umami, which we host ourselves on our own infrastructure: these statistics are passed to no third party. The measurement sets no cookie, uses no advertising identifier and does not follow you from one site to another.

What is recorded is the page viewed, the referring site, the country, the device type and the browser, in an aggregated form that cannot identify you again. These statistics are kept for thirteen months.

This falls within the exemption provided by the CNIL, the French data protection authority: it does not require your consent, which is why no banner is imposed on you when you arrive.

Delivery and protection of the site

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, acting as a processor. Every visit has it process your IP address, the page requested, your browser and the technical headers of the request, in order to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure. This processing serves neither to identify you nor to follow you from one site to another, and does not require your consent.

As Cloudflare Inc. is established in the United States, this transfer is governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and by its certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. The processing follows the data processing agreement built into its terms of service.

Form security

To limit automated submissions, your IP address is held for one hour in the server’s memory, long enough to cap the number of requests. It is neither written to disk nor passed to anyone.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of data concerning you. To exercise it, write to us at [email protected]; we answer within one month.
