Your DMS knows where your documents are. Oxebo knows what they say.
A document management system is very good at “where is the document?”. It rarely answers “what do our contracts say about price revisions?”. Oxebo reads your documents, scans and emails included, and answers by citing the exact passage. Your DMS remains your archive.
The question: What do our maintenance contracts say about prices and renewal?
- Lifts : Annual revision, BT01 index [1]
- Heating : Fixed prices until 2027 [2]
- Cleaning : 6 months’ notice [3]

Today · With Oxebo
Today
- A keyword search returns hundreds of documents to reread.
- The DMS metadata give the type and the date, rarely what a clause provides.
- Scans, emails and attachments stay out of reach of search.
With Oxebo
- A question in plain language, an answer that cites the exact passage.
- Documents classified by type, their key information extracted into fact sheets, every value cited.
- Scans, emails and attachments read like everything else.
Who it is for
- Records managers and archivists
- Legal and procurement departments
- Internal control and compliance
- IT departments that want more from the existing collection
Getting started
A scoping workshop to choose the collection to question, the workspaces and their access rights, and the questions that matter.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need to replace our DMS?
No. Your DMS remains the archive, with its filing, its versions and its compliance. Oxebo comes alongside: it reads the documents you entrust to it and answers what the DMS cannot say.
How do documents get into Oxebo?
By upload from the interface, or by an import of the collection carried out with our engineers. A direct connection to your DMS is not offered as standard: it is built to measure, at the scoping stage.
Who can see what?
Access rights are set per workspace: each workspace brings together the documents a team may question, and search and answers stay within it. Your DMS’s fine-grained rights are not carried over automatically: they are translated into workspaces at the scoping stage.
Which formats are read?
PDF, scanned documents (through character recognition), Word, OpenDocument, PowerPoint, HTML pages, EML and MSG emails with their attachments, ZIP archives. Excel workbooks are not supported yet; tables inside a document are.
